Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@getdetoxinated.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, or binders), custom products (such as services or digital items), and personal care goods (such as non-toxic beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Services, Coaching, and Training — No Refunds After Delivery

Once any service has been provided—including but not limited to consultations, remote coaching, live or virtual sessions, Detoxinician™ training, assessments, or other professional services—all fees are non-refundable.

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., how you respond to a detox process) does not constitute a defect in the service and is not grounds for a refund.
  • If a service includes multiple sessions, any portion delivered renders the service non-refundable.
  • Deposits, application fees, and scheduling fees for services are non-refundable once booked unless we cancel the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees at our discretion. (If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of the affected service fee.)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: The above “no refunds for services” applies once a service has begun with your express request to start during any applicable cooling-off period.

Refunds (for Eligible Merchandise)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@getdetoxinated.com.

Restrictions

Consumable and digital purchases cannot be returned. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange of defective or damaged products otherwise ineligible for return.

Please note a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for transactions covered by this policy may delay resolution. Please contact us first at info@getdetoxinated.com so we can help.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Where local law provides additional protections, those will apply.

Compliance Notes (Non-Legal Advice)

  • EU withdrawal period: EU distance-selling rules commonly provide a 14-day withdrawal period for goods (with service exceptions when started with consent). See the European Commission overview: Right of withdrawal.
  • California display of refund terms: If selling to California consumers, non-standard refund policies should be clearly posted at the point of sale/checkout. See California Civil Code §1723: Civ. Code §1723.
