Purpose of This Study
The goal of this pilot study is to evaluate whether a modified Detoxination schedule (5 days per week with 2 rest days) is as effective as the traditional 30-day continuous protocol.
Many individuals seeking detox support cannot commit to daily sauna sessions due to family, travel, or other responsibilities. The “5×2” protocol offers a possible solution, where participants take weekends off but maintain niacin titration and binder support. This study will compare outcomes between those following this modified schedule and those completing the full 30-day program without breaks.
The data we collect will help determine whether weekend breaks reduce effectiveness — or if they provide a more flexible, sustainable path to detoxification.
Self-Directed Format
Please note that this is a remote, self-directed program — not a group-based detox or in-person retreat.
As a participant, you’ll:
- Complete daily detox sessions on your own schedule
- Use a sauna in your home or local facility
- Follow a structured niacin, exercise, and supplement regimen
- Log your progress daily in the Detoxination Workbook (provided digitally)
- Receive guidance and feedback from a Certified Detoxinician
You will need to purchase your own 30-Day Detox Supply Kit, which contains the essential binders, vitamins, oils, and electrolytes required for the protocol. The kit is $230 USD plus shipping.
Kit Availability
The Detox Supply Kit is currently available for:
- Participants in the United States
- Many locations in the UK and Europe
Not currently available in:
- Canada
- Australia
- Other restricted countries where supplements cannot be legally shipped
Participants from countries where the kit is not available will not be eligible for this phase of the study.
Instructions for Filling Out the Form
- Answer all questions truthfully and completely — especially those regarding health conditions, sauna access, and gadolinium exposure.
- If you answer “Yes” to having had a GBCA MRI, you will not proceed further in this study. However, you may be considered for a future phase focused specifically on Gadolinium toxicity.
- Select which protocol you are open to — 30-day, 5×2, or either. We may assign you based on study balance.

Contraindications & Preclusions
To protect your safety, you may not participate in this study if you have any of the following conditions:
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Undergoing active chemotherapy or radiation
- Unstable or serious heart disease
- Kidney disease (Stage 4–5 or dialysis)
- History of organ transplant
- Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism
- Allergic reaction to niacin (not flushing)
- Severe psychiatric instability or cognitive impairment
- Inability to do light exercise or use a sauna
- No access to any sauna (home, gym, or facility)

Important Note About Expectations
This study is for research and data collection purposes. While many clients experience significant benefits from the Detoxination protocol, individual results may vary based on factors like toxicant load, adherence, lifestyle, and pre-existing conditions.

- You are responsible for your own participation, effort, and self-reporting accuracy.
- This study is not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical condition, and should not be interpreted as a substitute for medical care.
If You Are Accepted
If you’re accepted into this phase of the Detoxination Research Study, you’ll be invited to schedule a complimentary Zoom consultation.
During this consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Ask questions about the program and study process
- Receive instructions for ordering your 30-Day Detox Supply Kit
- Discuss sauna access or options for purchasing one (if needed)
- Submit payment for your discounted Remote Detox Coaching
(Reduced from $499 to $299 for study participants)
After your supplies have arrived — including the required binders — you will schedule your Orientation Meeting, where we will:
- Review your daily protocol
- Set up your personalized Detoxination Workbook
- Introduce the Symptom Survey, which will be completed both before and after your program
