How It Works

This program is built for warm referrals. You introduce qualified people who already know you, trust you, or are interested enough to click your referral link.

1. You Refer

Share your referral link or make a verified warm introduction.

2. They Engage

Your prospect clicks, schedules, asks questions, or enrolls directly.

3. Enrollment Happens

Either I consult and close, or the prospect purchases directly through your link.

4. You Earn

You earn commission when the referral becomes a paying student.

Two Ways to Earn

Option 1: Refer → I Close → You Earn

You introduce a qualified prospect or send them through your link. I handle the consultation, education, objections, and enrollment.

  • Best for warm introductions
  • No selling required
  • No need to explain the full program
  • You earn your tiered commission when they enroll

Option 2: You Close → You Earn More

The prospect purchases directly through your Referral Partner link without Company-led consultation or closing involvement.

  • Best for strong audiences or trusted recommendations
  • Purchase must be completed through your unique link
  • You earn your tiered commission
  • You may qualify for an additional $50 closing bonus

Referral Partner Payout Tiers

Your commission rate increases as you refer more paid enrollments. Commissions are earned only when a referred lead becomes a paying student.

Starter

5%

1–4 paid enrollments

Builder

7.5%

5–9 paid enrollments

Producer

10%

10–19 paid enrollments

Elite Partner

12.5%

20+ paid enrollments

Final eligibility, attribution, payout timing, refunds, and chargeback handling are governed by the Referral Partner Program Terms and Conditions.

$50 Direct-Close Bonus

Referral Partners who independently close a sale may be eligible for an additional $50 closing bonus.

  • The purchase must be completed directly through the Referral Partner’s unique referral link.
  • The enrollment must occur without Company-led consultation or closing involvement.
  • The transaction must be properly tracked and attributed to the Referral Partner at the time of purchase.

If Company provides consultation, follow-up, or closing assistance, the referral will be treated as a standard referral and will not qualify for the closing bonus.

Warm Referrals Only

This program is designed for warm, qualified referrals—not cold lead lists.

Good referrals include:

  • People who know you or trust your recommendation
  • Practitioners or wellness professionals who click your referral link
  • Prospects you personally introduce by email, message, or conversation
  • Audience members who already follow you and are interested in this type of opportunity

Not accepted:

  • Scraped contact lists
  • Cold names for Company to contact
  • Spam traffic
  • Unverified or uninterested leads

Who Should You Refer?

Ideal referrals are people who already serve health-conscious clients or want to add a meaningful wellness service.

Practitioners

Functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths, chiropractors, nutritionists, and health coaches.

Wellness Professionals

Sauna owners, detox coaches, biohackers, longevity professionals, and holistic health providers.

Opportunity Seekers

People looking for a non-MLM health business, remote coaching model, or practice add-on.

Why This Offer Converts

  • Practitioners already know environmental toxins are a major issue.
  • Many are testing for mold, heavy metals, gadolinium, and other toxicants.
  • Most do not have a structured system to guide clients after testing.
  • Detoxinician Training gives them a practical, clinically developed, holistic protocol.
  • Remote Detox Coaching and Business Foundations are included as early adopter bonuses.

Your Partner Dashboard

Approved partners receive access to an online portal where they can track referrals, sales, and commissions.

Review the Terms and Conditions

Please review the Referral Partner Program Terms and Conditions below before submitting your application.

Referral Partner Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Partner Program Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you and Sabre Hawk, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your participation in the Company’s Referral Partner Program.

By submitting an application to participate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Referral Partner Program allows approved individuals or businesses to refer qualified prospects to Company for Detoxinician Training, Remote Detox Coaching Training, Business Foundations Training, and related educational programs.

This is not a multi-level marketing program. There are no downlines, autoship requirements, recruitment requirements, inventory obligations, or customer fulfillment responsibilities.

Referral Partners are compensated only when a referred lead becomes a paying student or customer, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Approval

To participate, you must submit the Affiliate Signup Form / Referral Partner Application.

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or reject any application for any reason.

Referral Partners must be at least 18 years old.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Company may request additional information before approving or maintaining your account.

3. Referral Partner Relationship

Your participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or legal representative relationship between you and Company.

You are an independent referral partner.

You are not authorized to bind Company, make promises on Company’s behalf, collect payments on Company’s behalf, or represent yourself as an employee, agent, medical provider, or official spokesperson of Company unless expressly authorized in writing.

4. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is a prospect who:

  1. Is referred by you through your assigned referral link, referral code, written introduction, or another Company-approved tracking method;
  2. Is not already an existing lead, customer, student, affiliate, referral partner, or known prospect in Company’s system;
  3. Has a genuine interest in Company’s training or services;
  4. Becomes a paying student or customer; and
  5. Does not cancel, refund, dispute, charge back, or otherwise reverse the transaction during the applicable holding period.

Company has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies.

5. No Commission for Leads Alone

Referral Partners are not paid for leads alone.

Commissions are earned only when a referred lead becomes a paying student or customer and the purchase remains valid beyond the applicable refund, cancellation, dispute, or chargeback period.

6. Sales and Closing Responsibility

Referral Partners are not required to close sales.

Company may handle consultations, education, follow-up, objections, enrollment, and payment processing.

Referral Partners may introduce prospects, recommend the program, share approved promotional materials, and help facilitate communication.

Referral Partners who actively assist in closing an enrollment may be eligible for an additional closing bonus, as described below.

7. Commission Structure

Commissions are based on paid enrollments attributed to the Referral Partner.

The current tiered commission structure is:

• Starter: 10% commission for 1–2 paid enrollments
• Builder: 15% commission for 3–5 paid enrollments
• Producer: 20% commission for 6–10 paid enrollments
• Elite Partner: 25% commission for 11+ paid enrollments

Company reserves the right to modify commission rates, tiers, eligible products, or payout rules at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Closing Bonus

If a Referral Partner actively helps close a sale, Company may pay an additional $50 closing bonus.

Examples of active closing assistance may include:

• Personally introducing a qualified prospect to Company
• Attending or assisting with a sales conversation
• Helping answer non-medical, non-protocol-specific questions within approved messaging
• Encouraging the prospect to complete enrollment
• Providing meaningful support that directly contributes to the sale

Closing bonus eligibility is determined solely by Company.

The closing bonus is not guaranteed and is paid only when the referred prospect becomes a paying student and the purchase remains valid beyond the applicable refund, cancellation, dispute, or chargeback period.

9. Tracking and Attribution

Approved Referral Partners may receive access to an online referral dashboard, referral links, or other tracking tools.

Referral Partners are responsible for using their assigned links, codes, or approved tracking methods correctly.

Company may also manually attribute referrals when a prospect requests an invoice, pays outside the website, is introduced by email, or otherwise bypasses automatic tracking.

Manual attribution is subject to Company review and approval.

If multiple Referral Partners claim the same prospect, Company will determine attribution in its sole discretion.

10. Offline or Invoiced Sales

Some prospects may request payment by invoice or other offline method.

If a referred prospect pays through QuickBooks, invoice, bank transfer, check, or another non-website payment method, Company may manually credit the sale to the appropriate Referral Partner, provided the referral can be reasonably verified.

Commissions on offline or manually processed sales remain subject to all other terms, including refund, cancellation, dispute, and chargeback rules.

11. Self-Referrals and Existing Customers

Referral Partners may not earn commissions on self-referrals.

A self-referral includes purchases made by you, your business, your household, your immediate family, or an entity substantially controlled by you, unless expressly approved in writing by Company.

Referral Partners also may not earn commissions on prospects who are already existing Company customers, students, active leads, known prospects, or prior applicants, unless Company approves the referral in writing.

Company has sole discretion to classify a referral as a self-referral, existing customer referral, duplicate referral, or ineligible referral.

12. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Commissions are not payable on refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or reversed transactions.

If a commission has already been paid and the customer later receives a refund, chargeback, dispute reversal, or payment reversal, Company may deduct that amount from future commissions or request repayment.

Commissions related to disputed transactions may be held until the dispute is fully resolved.

13. Payment Timing and Minimum Payout

Commissions become payable after the applicable refund, cancellation, dispute, or chargeback period has passed.

The minimum payout threshold is $50.

If earned commissions are below $50, they will roll forward until the threshold is reached.

Commissions may be paid by check, PayPal, electronic transfer, or another method chosen by Company.

Referral Partners are responsible for any payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, tax obligations, or related costs.

14. Taxes and Required Forms

Referral Partners are responsible for all tax obligations arising from commissions or bonuses received.

Company may require a completed Form W-9, W-8BEN, or other tax documentation before issuing payment.

Company may withhold payment until required tax forms are received.

15. Approved Marketing Practices

Referral Partners may promote Company’s programs using approved or accurate messaging through:

• Personal introductions
• Email
• Social media
• Websites or blogs
• Podcasts
• Professional networks
• Webinars or educational content
• Approved paid advertising, when permitted in writing

Referral Partners must present the program accurately, professionally, and ethically.

16. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Referral Partners may not:

• Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims
• Claim that Company’s programs diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
• Make unauthorized medical claims
• Guarantee income, results, client outcomes, or health improvements
• Represent Company as an MLM, franchise, investment, employment offer, or guaranteed business opportunity

• Send emails that violate CAN-SPAM or other applicable email marketing laws
• Send text messages, telemarketing calls, faxes, or direct solicitations without legal compliance and Company approval
• Use malware, spyware, misleading redirects, or deceptive advertising

Company may terminate any Referral Partner who violates these restrictions.

17. Health, Medical, and Income Claims

Referral Partners must not make medical claims or imply that Detoxination, Detoxinician Training, or related programs diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Referral Partners must not suggest that becoming a Detoxinician guarantees income, clients, business success, certification recognition, employment, or professional licensure.

Approved language may describe the training as educational, holistic, wellness-oriented, structured, protocol-based, and designed to support appropriate implementation within scope.

18. Intellectual Property

Company owns its trademarks, logos, content, training materials, course names, written materials, videos, images, downloads, and other intellectual property.

Referral Partners may use approved promotional materials solely for promoting Company programs.

Referral Partners may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from Company materials without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Company.

19. Confidentiality

Referral Partners may receive non-public information about Company programs, pricing, strategy, leads, clients, systems, dashboards, or business operations.

Referral Partners agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless authorized by Company or required by law.

20. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate a Referral Partner’s participation at any time, with or without cause.

Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misleading marketing
• Fraudulent referrals
• Improper claims
• Inactivity
• Conduct harmful to Company’s reputation
• Failure to provide requested documentation
• Violation of applicable law

Upon termination, Referral Partner must stop using referral links, approved materials, Company branding, and promotional claims.

Commissions earned before termination may be paid if they are valid, non-fraudulent, and not otherwise disqualified.

Company may withhold or cancel unpaid commissions if termination is due to fraud, misconduct, prohibited marketing, or violation of these Terms.

21. Non-Disparagement

Referral Partners agree not to make false, malicious, or knowingly misleading statements about Company, its officers, employees, programs, students, customers, or partners.

Nothing in this section prohibits truthful statements, lawful reviews, legally protected speech, or communications required by law.

22. Assumption of Risk

Referral Partners are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, and third-party rights.

Referral Partners assume all risk associated with their own marketing, advertising, communications, claims, and promotional activities.

23. Indemnification

Referral Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Referral Partner’s breach of these Terms

• Referral Partner’s violation of law
• Referral Partner’s unauthorized claims or representations
• Referral Partner’s infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights
• Referral Partner’s negligence, fraud, or misconduct

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Referral Partner Program.

Company’s total liability to any Referral Partner shall not exceed the commissions actually paid to that Referral Partner during the twelve months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Referral Partner Program shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California, unless Company and Referral Partner agree otherwise in writing.

Company may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, data security, or business interests.

26. Changes to These Terms

Company may update these Terms at any time.

Changes are effective when posted on Company’s website or otherwise provided to Referral Partners.

Continued participation in the Referral Partner Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any written referral agreement or approved commission schedule, constitute the entire agreement between Company and Referral Partner regarding the Referral Partner Program.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
